Delivery Times

The delivery timeline is divided into two phases:

  • Processing Time: Allow 1–7 business days for order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Processing time may vary depending on product categories and order volumes.

Special Processing for Premium Leather Items
Our genuine leather footwear collection (including select flats and heels) undergoes additional hand-finishing, conditioning, and quality inspection. Please allow 3–12 business days for processing before shipment. We believe in sending out only perfectly finished pairs — every order is worth the wait.

  • Shipping Time: Expect delivery within 5–25 business days, depending on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

Factors Affecting Shipping

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, some external factors may occasionally cause delays, including:

  • Holiday seasons – Global holidays and local festivals can cause temporary congestion.
  • Customs inspections – Random checks or import regulations may extend clearance time.
  • Logistics disruptions – Strikes, port congestion, or international flight delays.
  • Carrier performance – Tracking updates and timelines depend on the carrier’s local operations.

Despite these variables, we’ll always keep you informed with the latest available tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, or if it's marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us within 10 days to initiate a claim. We’ll guide you through the carrier’s claim process. Claims may take up to 30 days to resolve, depending on the carrier’s procedures.

Please note: Newlooktrend cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, and we do not issue refunds or credits for such cases.

Out of Stock Items

If any item in your order is temporarily unavailable, we’ll ship the available items immediately and notify you by email regarding the status of the rest.

Shipping Costs

We offer straightforward, value-based shipping:

  • Orders value $150 or less: $8.95 flat rate
  • Orders value over $150: FREE SHIPPING

Please note: Certain heavy or oversized items (such as tactical vests or specialty footwear) may incur additional shipping charges, as listed on individual product pages.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Any request to change or correct the address must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes will be made, and we will not be responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.
