Refund policy
At Newlooktrend, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, our refund policy—clearly outlined on our website—entitles you to a refund. However, to be eligible, you must contact us directly and initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returns
Our return window lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

You must email our Customer Support at support@newlooktrend.com to initiate the return process.

All returns are shipped back to our main fulfillment facility in Shenzhen, China. Once your return is approved, we will provide the full return address and instructions by email.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a standard inspection and return processing. This stage typically takes 3–7 business days. After the inspection is complete, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued immediately and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.
Late or missing refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@newlooktrend.com.
Shipping
Shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

If you are returning the item due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or no longer needed), you will be responsible for purchasing and arranging your own return shipping label to our fulfillment facility in China. This cost is non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent, clear quality issues, or a confirmed defective product), please contact us first with photos and details. Once we review and confirm the issue, we will either provide a prepaid return option, reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, or in some cases offer a replacement/refund without requiring the item to be returned.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services. Any packages returned to us using FTC or cash-on-delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
Order change / Order cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
FAQ
1. How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

2. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
3. How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 7 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
4. When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3 - 10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
